Kundalini yoga is often referred to as the "yoga of awareness"and is a spiritual, mental, and physical practice that cleanses and clears the mind, focusing on energy flow, from the base of the spine to the crown of the head, restoring emotional balance, and improving physical, mental, and spiritual health.
Kundalini Yoga combines breath-work, structured sequences of movements and postures (Kriyas), and uses mantra (chanting), music, and meditation, to awaken this inner energy, and is particularly effective for releasing stress and increasing vitality, as well as for improving flexibility and strength. Come to experience the amazing benefits, the practice is accessible to all, and suitable for those completley new to yoga as well as experienced practitioners.
