Seema is a Starchild Yoga Instructor, an Aquarian Yoga Instructor, and a Hobby Potter with a home studio, and has a personal daily early morning yoga practice, Sadhana.

Yoga is a powerful tool to help us feel relaxed, refreshed, connected, confident, calm, and resiliant. It improves emotional and physical balance, brain function, general wellbeing, and sleep quality, and reduces anxiety. The workshops explore breathwork, movement, and meditation accessible to all.

Pottery enhances creativity and self expression, and is great fun. There are options for hand building sessions with pinch pots, coil pots, slab work, or sculpture, and learng wheel throwing sessions. Pieces can be fired at a later date for you to keep.

Workshops for one to four people run from 10am to 12.30pm, from a farmhouse in Argyll, 15 minutes outside Oban. Young people attend with an adult family member, or youth worker. We cater for all ages and abilities, and are an LGBTQIA Safe Space.

Bring warm comfy clothes and a drink. Yoga mats, cushions, and pottery aprons provided.
